All of our retreats follow the same format, with different workshop content each day.

Location: We have two retreat centers in Costa Rica. One is a small, ocean front experience at the Fenix Hotel, and the other is a larger resort style retreat center with expansive gardens.

Activities: Outside of workshop times, enjoy daily optional activities: tours, excursions, hiking, yoga, kayaking, live music party and more.

Meals: Your breakfasts & some dinners are provided.
